Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Each item is made to order, by hand, here in our studio. If you require rush processing, please reach out to elementworkshopco@gmail.com. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within 5 miles of 45840. 

No contact deliveries are made from 12-1 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. on weekdays and all day on Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival - please indicate where you would like your order placed.
